Frugal Innovations for Student Engagement [FISE]



Purpose:   Identify, create and share frugal ways to engage and support the next 10% (after the first, self-motivated pioneering 10%)  of the faculty even more actively in improving teaching and learning with technology in the next academic year.  Focus on success - no matter how modest.  Identify and share small steps faculty members can take to improve student engagement in undergraduate courses - without adding unrealistic workloads for their students or themselves.  And ways to encourage and support collegial sharing of these steps.
